Cryolipolysis is suitable for treating clearly defined localised fat deposits. It is not a treatment for severe excess weight, but a method for targeted body contouring.
Before treatment, the area, starting point and state of health are assessed. Depending on the area, a single applicator or the simultaneous treatment of two areas may be considered.

What is included in the treatment?
The treatment includes personal consultation, application to the agreed area and individual instructions for aftercare.
Who is cryolipolysis not suitable for?
Reasons for exclusion include pregnancy, being very overweight, intolerance to cold, certain heart, vascular, connective tissue or skin diseases, open or infected areas and limited skin sensation. Medications and previous illnesses can also speak against the treatment and will be clarified in advance.
What reactions can occur afterwards?
Vacuum and cold can cause temporary bruising, redness, swelling, and tenderness to pressure or touch. Nodule formation or pigment changes are also mentioned as rare reactions.
Why is consultation important?
The method is intended for local zones and is not suitable for every health situation. A health questionnaire and an assessment of the treatment area clarify whether and to what extent application is an option.
