Ten years ago, an idea became a beauty institute. Today, Elena Furrer brings together daily treatment practice, professional training and work with international beauty brands through LuXme and UNEW.

Her expertise deliberately extends beyond the actual treatment. She develops training systems and client experiences, manages companies and designs the spaces in which LuXme makes its philosophy visible. The institute's furnishing concept also bears her signature.

Her commercial and banking training still shapes her analytical and entrepreneurial way of working today. However, the focus is always on the same question: What makes professional sense for this person?

What seems easy and natural at LuXme is the result of many conscious decisions - in consultation, in treatment, in training and in the design of the entire experience.

Around fifteen years in Italy and the Milan area have shaped Nataliya's view of aesthetics, hospitality and personal care.

Today she combines this international perspective with extensive professional beauty experience and high professional standards. Her work as a trainer also draws on her daily practice in the institute.

Her strength lies in calm, attentiveness and precision. She observes closely, listens and recommends not as much as possible, but exactly what suits each client, their needs and their everyday life.

For clients, this creates a form of support that feels personal and warm, while remaining professionally structured and clear.
